We process data on the basis of contract performance under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when necessary to provide our services, and on the basis of consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent is required, including for cookies and certain notification channels.
5. Third Parties
To operate our services, we may share limited data with trusted providers: SendGrid for email, Twilio for SMS, Telegram for bot notifications, and Cookiebot for cookie consent management. These providers process data within their contractual roles and obligations.
